We offer Free Delivery on all orders placed within the United Kingdom using Royal Mails Second Class service.
We aim to dispatch items within 3-5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail or Courier. You can select different postage methods at the time of checkout to meet your needs. Items may take a little longer during busy periods.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
Please note our courier service is a signed for service. This is a next working day delivery service.
At present we're unable to deliver to The Channel Islands, PO boxes or BFPO Addresses.
Our order cut off is 2pm Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after this time or over the weekend, including any bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
For orders being delivered outside the UK please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. We also may change the courier we use at any time without any prior warning.

All of our items are made to order. As a result we don't offer returns on any of our products. If you find your item has arrived to you damaged then please get in touch with us within 2 days of receiving your item so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent.
From time to time we may ask for photos of the damaged goods or even for them to be returned to us so we can ensure our shipping companies are aware of the issue.
