Our Personalised Embroidered Baby Blanket with Heart & Baby Feet is a great blanket to give to as a gift for a christening, new baby or first birthday. This blanket is fully customisable with information and colours.

All our blankets are offered in various colours and measure approx. 75cm x 100cm. Our luxury blankets have a dimple effect on the outside and lined with fleece. They are all machine washable and made from high quality fabric. Our embroidered blankets are embroidered using strong thread and made to last.

If we don't receive your colour choice we will process your order with the colours on the image on the listing unless you tell us otherwise. This will be the same for general wording such as Happy Christmas, Grandma and Grandad etc.

Why can't I add my product to the cart?
In most instances this is because you haven't completed all the information we require for your order. You can find this above the "Add to Cart" button. Please also remember to click the "Save Information" button before you add your product to the cart.

What courier service do you use?
If you select the "Courier" delivery option then your item will be delivered by either DPD or MyHermes. For items outside delivery scope of these two couriers we may use Royal Mail, however if this is the case we will let you know prior to shipping your order.

Can you delivery quickly to countries other then the UK?
At present we do delivery to all countries however it can take up to 10 working days for more remote countries. Items have been reported to arrive as quickly as 3 working days to countries such as the USA and Europe however we cannot guarantee a delivery date outside of the UK.

Is there any pricing on the invoices as this item is a gift being sent directly to the recipient?
No, we only include a packing slip with orders showing billing address, delivery address, order number and the items you've ordered. No pricing is included. We may also from time to time include promotional material such as leaflets.

Can I change information not asked on this page?
Unfortunately not, we can only personalise the areas we ask you to complete. If you would like something else changing please contact us prior to placing your order so our team can help you.

Do you take custom jobs?
Sure. Simply contact us prior to placing any orders and one of our team will be happy to assist you.

Will I get a proof prior to delivery?
At this time we do not offer a proofing service. We will however design your item exactly as you have asked for so please ensure have checked the information you have provided to eliminate any errors.

What if I have a long name that needs to be embroidered or printed?
If the text is too long for the design we may have to shrink the font size to ensure it fits inside the machinery.

What are digital prints?
Digital prints are emailed to you using the email address on your Hashtag Name It account. These are sent in the size you have selected during the personalisation process. The digital prints are sent in a PDF format and are sent at print resolution of 300dpi. With the digital print you're able to get it printed onto anything in the comfort of your own home. You will not receive this item in the post but via email only.
